Thinking Bull First Week Of June 2025

This past week was filled with plenty of drama, but the overall market was undeterred. Although not surprising at all, the extremely high profile relationship between Musk and Trump ended swiftly and ugly. The only surprising aspect was just how ugly the mess got so fast. There was nothing for about a week and then Bam! Not going into any of the details, but it was bad and it could hurt many innocent people and the markets in general if it continued to escalate. However, the market took no real notice of this on Friday and went straight up! I probably track a dozen or so portfolios on Seeking Alpha and every one of those showed green on Friday!

For the AnalyzeStocks.com portfolio, made a few moves this past week. First, I sold half of my position on Archer Aviation (ACHR) for over 3 times what I paid for it. Paid $3 per share just last year. Next I researched cyber security stocks because have not done the best with them overall so far. That let me to identifying Rubrik (RBRK) and Cloudflare (NET) as the two I like the best for the future. Already have shares in Cloudflare during the short bear market recently, but did not have Rubrik yet. Rubrik has been soaring recently so went ahead with a small investment on Tuesday and then added the same amount on Friday after it reported earnings.

Since Rubrik is a recent IPO and Coreweave has been doing great as well, decided to look more into recent IPOs. Found one by the name of Fat Pipe (FATN) for around $9 per share. This company is a leader with patents in Software Defined Wide Area Networks (SD-WAN). After that, finally sold my small position in Crowdstrike (CRWD) after the recent run-up and a new investigation of the update event from last year. Took profits and will wait before jumping back into that stock. Lastly, started a position in a company that is evolving the restaurant industry by the name of Toast (TOST). This stock is a market leader that is gaining market share while growing a great pace with plenty of room to keep right on growing! Toast basically uses AI to make restaurants not only more efficient, but also more profitable.
